VACANCY
To help us grow, we’re looking for two (2) interns to work on our numerous projects from CD compilations to music gigs and concerts, website and blog updating etc.

Job scope :
– Making calls sourcing for contacts and following up with sponsors
– Arranging documents and timeline
– Helping with management of volunteer database
– Data entry from business cards into digital spreadsheet
– Replying enquiry emails
– Answering phone calls
– Receiving packages and items
– Updating the blog
– Media monitoring via Google update, browsing sites and newspapers, etc
Requirements :
– Social media network savvy (Facebook, Twitter, blog)
– Knows how to work with Microsoft office applications
– People skills

Start date : ASAP
Duration : 3 months
Working hours : online, at your pace
